Retaining Wall project in Spencer Ohio using Unilock Roman Pisa Wall System
D&Y Landscaping completed a retaining wall in Spencer Ohio using Unilock Roman Pisa Wall system.
The homeowner had an exsisting wall made out of railroad ties that was beginning to lean and was partially rotted. The homeowner removed the exsisting railroad ties to make way for this much more attractive and stable wall using Roman Pisa. The wall stands approximately 27 inches at its highest point and steps down to 21 inches toward the end to match the grade behind it. It was 25 feet in length.
Drain tile and gravel were placed behind the wall and the remainder was backfilled with topsoil.
